What started as a virtual community during the early days of lockdown in 2020 has grown into something truly powerful. Today, ColorStack is 13,000+ members strong, representing over 1,000 schools nationwide. We’ve partnered with 50+ leading tech companies that return year after year to connect with our students—not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because the talent speaks for itself.

This spring, we hosted our second annual Stacked Up Summit—and it was a moment.

Born out of the need for a different kind of experience in the tech conference space, Stacked Up is ColorStack’s answer to the traditional, often transactional recruiting event. We built this summit to center our community and create a space where meaningful, early engagement between students and recruiters could happen before recruiting season begins.

Over 450 students showed up ready to learn, lead, and level up. 19 of our partner companies came with the same energy—committed to hiring, supporting, and investing in top talent from our community. From tech talks and skill-building sessions to career development workshops and networking lounges, the 2025 Stacked Up Summit had one purpose: to create real access, real relationships, and real results.
